Certainly! We provide airport pick-up service at an additional charge of IDR 1,125,000 per car and airport drop-off at an additional charge of IDR 900,000 per car. Feel free to inquire about these services with our reservation team when making a booking.
Guest check-in is available from 3 PM, and check-out is expected by 12 PM noon.
If you want to extend your stay, please check availability on the website or at our Front Desk in the lobby.
The possibility of a late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be assured. If available, a late check-out until 6 PM incurs a fee equivalent to 50% of the room rate. For check-outs occurring after 6 PM, the charge is equivalent to a one-night stay.
Pets are not allowed in each of our villas.
